Me in 10 minutes
I want this to be an open book. Not a second CV, and not a personal brand.
The CV stays. I still send it when someone is deciding whether to work with me. Some people can let the writing be the whole career. I am not there, and I am not going to pretend I am. So the jobs, the degrees, and the claims I am willing to make about them live on that page. This one is for the rest.
The rest is how I think.
I want to write down what I notice, what I change my mind about, and how a decision actually got made, once I can tell it without decorating it. A note goes up when it is finished. I would rather the site stayed short than fill it with something I had not thought through.
The test I want for a sentence is simple. Someone who was there should be able to read it and think, yes, that is about right. Not, he has talked that up. I care more about the smaller true version than about how it sounds.
Most of my work so far has been operating inside companies. Making a messy place legible enough that other people can move. That is real, and it is on the CV, on purpose, so it does not have to take over this site. The part I want to practise in public is the thinking, and building more of the product myself with AI agents, rather than only coordinating other people while they do it.
What the month looks like is on now.
